In Sacramento, California, a significant traffic incident involving a single vehicle and a power pole resulted in at least one person trapped and a substantial outage affecting over two hundred customers on Saturday night, per the Sacramento Fire Department.

The crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. along the 8700 block of Fruitridge Road, with immediate reports stating that the vehicle had collided with a power pole. The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the Sacramento Police Department.
