BALDWIN HILLS, CA – A catastrophic car accident in the Baldwin Hills-Crenshaw area claimed the lives of David Coleman II, 52, and Karrington Coleman, 23, both from Norwalk, on Saturday, March 9, 2024. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner confirmed the fatalities following the incident.
The collision occurred around 3:30 p.m. and involved a Mercedes and a BMW in the 5000 block of West Coliseum Street. Reports indicate that the Mercedes was found overturned on its roof. The relationship between the two deceased individuals was not specified in the reports.
Two additional people were injured in the crash and received treatment for minor injuries at a local hospital. Authorities are currently investigating to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
