In a serious incident on Friday night in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, a high-speed car crash resulted in the injury of three individuals. The automotive collision occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Saticoy Street, just east of Sepulveda Boulevard.
The driver of the unidentified speeding vehicle lost control before plowing into the front of a local Subway restaurant. Surveillance evidence shows the car barreling through the establishment’s outdoor dining section, subsequently hitting a BMW sedan. The force of the collision caused the vehicle to overturn, coming to a halt atop three other parked cars in a nearby driveway.
Shortly after the collision, the area was abuzz as neighborhood residents gathered to inspect the chaos wrought by the accident. Among the three individuals rushed to emergency care, two were teenagers, both listed in critical condition at a local hospital. The status and identity of the third victim have not yet been disclosed.
