Car accident in Los Angeles

SACRAMENTO, Calif — A 23-year-old woman, identified as Noelle Lynch from the Roseville and Granite Bay area, has been reported missing following a car accident in Los Angeles on April 1st. According to reports, she was last seen on April 3rd leaving an apartment building in Inglewood at around 5 p.m. on foot. Concerns have escalated as Lynch left the scene without personal belongings and may not possess identification.

Lynch, a graduate of St. Francis High School, recently enrolled at Sacramento State University this spring, after facing challenges post-pandemic. Her parents describe her as a kind and caring person who enjoyed beach outings. Following the accident, wherein her vehicle was totaled, her parents convey that though Lynch was uninjured, her behavior became increasingly erratic, marked by anxiety and disorientation.

Her parents have expressed deep concern for their daughter, stating that it is uncharacteristic of her to be in Los Angeles; they are worried about her state of mind given recent behavior changes. Lynch’s mother, Kellie, recounted being alerted by a call about the accident in Los Angeles prompting immediate travel to assist her daughter. Despite arranging accommodations near the site of the crash and the location where her phone was later found—near LAX Airport—Noelle did not make use of the hotel room provided.
