Pedestrian Alisha Ryvkin Injured in Studio City Collision on Ventura Boulevard

STUDIO CITY, Calif. — A tragic incident unfolded in Studio City when 35-year-old Alisha Michelle Ryvkin was fatally injured in a hit-and-run collision while crossing Ventura Boulevard, near Fruitland Drive. The accident occurred around 6:00 PM on February 7th, according to officials.

Ryvkin, a resident of Los Angeles, was struck by a red sedan traveling westbound. The driver of the sedan did not stop to offer assistance or wait for law enforcement, fleeing the scene immediately after the impact. The Los Angeles Police Department has been leading the investigation into this act of vehicular negligence.

Emergency responders attended to Ryvkin at the site of the collision and swiftly transported her to a local hospital for urgent medical attention. Despite the efforts of medical staff, Ryvkin succumbed to her injuries three days later, as confirmed by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.

The search for the perpetrator of this hit-and-run continues, with the Los Angeles Police Department appealing to the community for assistance. The authorities are determined to bring the individual responsible to justice and are offering a $50,000 reward for information that can lead to a conviction in this devastating case.
