Fatal Collision in Fullerton Leaves One Dead, Three Injured

In a severe collision in Fullerton just after midnight on Monday, one person was killed and three others sustained injuries. The incident took place at the intersection of Orangethorpe Avenue and Harbor Boulevard and involved a BMW, a black Chevrolet Silverado, and a blue Toyota RAV4, according to a Fullerton Police Department press release.

The fatal victim, a 62-year-old Anaheim woman, was a passenger in the Toyota RAV4 and pronounced dead at the scene. The 22-year-old RAV4 driver, along with two other individuals from the involved vehicles, received medical attention at a local hospital.

Authorities are currently investigating the crash, with preliminary information suggesting that the driver of the BMW 428i may have been speeding or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The BMW reportedly struck the Toyota RAV4 from behind as it was stopped at a red light and subsequently collided with the Chevrolet Silverado in the adjacent lane, also stopped at the light.
